About Tade Ayodele

Tade Ayodele presides over Emerging Change Academy, an organization that provides cutting edge training leading to Leadership, Career and Professional development.

Tade’s academic background includes Bachelor, Masters and PhD degrees in Fisheries and Hydrobiology. He has attended a lot of trainings that form his experiences, including Microsoft Excel, Leadership Development, Entrepreneurship development, among others.

Tade is a serial entrepreneur who runs two communication companies: Manabep Communications and November Digitals & Consultancy. He is a Founding and Managing Partner at Work Skills Project Limited. Through these firms, he has consulted for C-Class executives and international development organizations, including the German Corporation, GIZ.

Tade Ayodele is the Founder and Lead Pastor of Revived Citizens International Christian Centre (RCI). Before starting RCI, he had a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology and Pastoral experience spanning 20 years.

As a Marriage Therapist, he started “Marital Bliss”, an online counselling platform for Singles and Married alike. He also birthed the Singles & Married Hangout which is the physical translation of the online Marital Bliss.

Mr Tade is trained at the Founder Institute, the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator which has helped its alumni raise over $1B. Based in Silicon Valley and with chapters across 200+ cities and 90+ countries.

Tade Ayodele is married to Ayooluwa and the duo are blessed with two boys – Ifeoluwani Joshua and Oreoluwani David.
